Kaley Cuoco is in the selfie stage of motherhood. The Emmy-nominated actor, 37, welcomed her baby girl Matilda, whom she shares with boyfriend Tom Pelphrey, back in March. Several months into motherhood, she simply can't resist the urge to take and post selfies with her almost four-month-old.

On Tuesday, July 18, Cuoco shared a photo on Instagram Stories of herself and Matilda, whom she calls Tildy for short, making the same face. The resemblance is uncanny. They're basically twins, despite the decades of age difference. She captioned the photo, “Mini me.”

“Introducing, Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey, the new light of our lives,” Cuoco wrote in the Instagram caption when she announced the news of Matilda's birth in April. “We are overjoyed and grateful for this little miracle 💓 Thank you to the doctors, nurses, family, and friends who have helped us immensely over the last few days. We are blessed beyond belief 💗 @tommypelphrey didn’t think I could fall even more in love with you, but I did 💗.”

On Instagram, Cuoco documented her pregnancy and postpartum experience with honesty and humor. And now she's doing the same for her early motherhood.

Kaley Cuoco said that she knew she wanted to have a baby when she met Pelphrey. The couple met in 2021 and announced they were dating in May 2022. “This was not a goal of mine,” Cuoco told Emmy Magazine of motherhood earlier this year. “As a young girl I dreamed of it, but I became involved in my career. Then when we met, it was instantaneous—‘Oh, my God, I want to have a kid with you.’”
